Chamber members and non-Chamber members are invited to attend the Annual Chamber of Commerce Membership Meeting and Banquet on February 20, 2016. You will want to attend to hear the new and exciting progress the Chamber is making to promote business, tourism, and community in the Nueces Canyon.
The Chamber has contracted with Spectrum Printing and Design and Graphic Artist Daniel Grant to produce a 24” x 18” map that features local business advertising, tourist attractions, and recreational opportunities in our area. Advertising will be sold for the map, and Chamber members will receive a significantly reduced fee for advertising. Non-Chamber members will also be able to buy advertising space for a higher cost. Annual Chamber membership renewal for current members and new members joining is happening now. If you are not a Chamber member and want a reduced advertising fee, now is the time to join. Casey Bolt is handling advertising sales and he can be reached at 512-797-5560. Maps will be renewed only every two years, so sign up now before the deadline for publication.
To join the Chamber, you can find and print the membership form on our website at www.nuecescanyonchamber.com. Business memberships are $50.00 and individual memberships are $25.00 Business owners who have more than one business can, after buying an initial membership for $50.00, buy additional memberships for $25.00; however, business memberships purchased for $25.00 will not have Chamber business voting privileges, but all business memberships will receive the same Facebook and website services provided by the Chamber. If an owner wants voting privileges for each business, then the cost is $50.00 for each business. Please call the Chamber at 830-597-6241 if you have addition questions about membership. Business and individual membership renewal must be paid by March 31, or risk being dropped, removed from the website business directory, and Facebook.
